Sunterra Resorts Scottsdale Villa Mirage is conveniently located at 7887 E. Princess Boulevard, just off Scottsdale Boulevard in north Scottsdale. Only ten miles from downtown Scottsdale, the resort is only minutes away from major attractions and golf courses in the area and offers some spectacular views of the McDowell Mountains. The proximity to the Interstate system via either SR 101 or Bell Road places Scottsdale Villa Mirage in a prime location to access all points in the region from Phoenix south to Tucson and north to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Southern Arizona’s scenic and historic attractions are located in every direction from the resort. Interstate access from the east and west is I-10 which runs just south and west of southern Scottsdale across southern Arizona. The Squaw Peak Parkway (SR-51) is a limited access freeway that runs from just west of the Skyway Airport north and provides convenient access into northern Scottsdale via Shea Boulevard and Bell Road. US Routes 60 and 89 provides access to Scottsdale Road and to the newer SR-101 Loop, a limited access highway than runs from Tempe, just south of Scottsdale city limits at the Salt River into north Scottsdale, then west into to north Phoenix to I-17. Interstate access north and south is from Interstate 17 which terminates in Flagstaff to the north and in Phoenix just west of Scottsdale, Bell Road east may be accessed from I-17 in north Phoenix. From the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix follow signs to the West exit and continue to the I-10 West Freeway. Take 51 Freeway North ( Squaw Peak Parkway) for about 15 miles. Exit Bell Road and turn right. Proceed on Bell and turn left onto Scottsdale Road. Turn right on Princess Boulevard east to the traffic circle, stay to the left and continue east.
